What does it really take to prepare the next generation for success at work? In this 4-part mini-series we explore how today’s leaders, mentors, and colleagues can help others thrive in a world defined by hybrid working, technology and shifting expectations. Across the episodes, we share stories, strategies and practical ideas to help you create a culture that empowers people to grow - whether they’re just starting out or ready to pass the baton.
We begin by looking at the core foundations that help people flourish: confidence, emotional intelligence, healthy boundaries, and the ability to role-model what good looks like. Then we’re joined by special guest Katharine Allan, who helps us navigate the evolving expectations between generations: from communication and career progression to the importance of belonging and purpose at work.
