Phenomenal Training Ltd – Modern Slavery Statement

Phenomenal Training Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain. While we are not legally required to produce a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we choose to do so as part of our ongoing commitment to ethical practice and social responsibility.

Phenomenal Training Ltd is a UK-based provider of leadership development, workforce skills training, and coaching services. We work with clients across the public and private sectors to deliver high-impact, people-focused learning experiences.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation of any kind. We are committed to upholding human rights and ensuring that everyone we work with is treated fairly, ethically, and with respect.

Our supply chain is simple and primarily involves freelance associates, venues, digital platforms, and office services. We consider the risk of modern slavery in our operations to be low, but we remain vigilant.

We take the following steps to mitigate risk:
- We only engage with reputable suppliers and freelance professionals who meet legal and ethical standards.
- We reserve the right to terminate any contract with a supplier or partner if we identify evidence of unethical labour practices.
- We regularly review our policies and practices to ensure alignment with ethical business conduct.

Any concerns about modern slavery related to our business or supply chain can be raised confidentially by contacting

laura@phenomenaltraining.com

This statement will be reviewed annually and updated as appropriate.
