Welcome to our new 4-part mini-series all about Inspirational Leadership. It can be so easy to judge leaders in an organisation; its easy to forget that leaders are humans too. As anyone who has recently moved into leadership: its not for the faint-hearted! But this is the reason to lean in (not shy away from) taking the reins. We take 4 different approaches to the key question of our time: what makes an inspirational people leader? 


In this first one we dive into ancient Stoic wisdom and modern insights (from Dolly Parton) that helps leaders to thrive during these transformational times. Practical ‘how-to’ tips for boosting personal resilience no matter your age or stage of career. The second one is a reassuring listen for those new to leadership or considering making the move. From navigating peer dynamics, shifting from doer to enabler we guide you through what it really takes to lead well—right from the start.


Next we look at leading change rather than just managing change; how to communicate to keep a calm and focused culture. Tips for raising team morale, engagement/belonging by keeping eyes up on the horizon. Finally, we are joined by team dynamics expert Lindsey Thompson to explore the difference between confidence and egotism.
