A BSc Human Psychology graduate and NLP Practitioner, I have 10 years experience working as a full-cycle trainer/coach - and I am still learning every day about the amazing subject of human performance.

Starting out as a trainer for one of the high street’s most successful recruitment brands, Office Angels. This developed into a group role for the Ajilon (Adecco) Group, developing hundreds of Consultants and Managers for recruitment brands such as Computer People, Jonathan Wren, Ajilon Finance as well as Office Angels.

I have delivered training sessions and seminars for groups of up to 600 at a time in my role as Training & Development Manager for the world-famous retail and direct-selling organisation, Ann Summers. They have since become a client as I am credited with directly contributing to year-on-year revenue increases. This is through sales courses as well as inspiring senior managers how to encourage peak performance in others.

A freelance trainer since February 2008, my clients include: DHL, Nightfreight, Pretty Green PR, Jark Recruitment, CBSbutler Recruitment, AGA Rangemaster Plc, Fired Earth Stores, HCL Recruitment Plc, Ann Summers, My Secret Kitchen and Wandsworth, Richmond and Kingston Councils.

I have a high-energy delivery style, using practical examples and humour to focus people on to what will make the biggest difference to their results.
